If any of you interested in Flash development Adobe have really interesting stuff for you. If you are a student or unemployed developer you will be eligible to get full license for Flash Builder 4. Only you have to do is to visit this link and fill out few things:

Maybe they have already shared too many licenses so they have deleted that page. Anyway I got license for my copy of Flash Builder 4. It was real deal.
